Apparently having a sense of humour was not part of Jedi training...
In Star Wars Episode 1, Darth Maul killed Jedi Master Qui Gon Jinn while Obi Wan watched helpless behind the force fields. If things were played out differently, if only Obi Wan was there beside his master, would Darth Maul be defeated? See this video to find out:
