The Wii is not the only console that does motion sensor controllers anymore. Thanks to a mod from Team Xtender, a solution is now available for Xbox 360 users - the XCM BestTilt!
Below are two videos demonstrating the usage of such a mod. There's a flight game and there's a racing game:
