Lancer Assault Rifle

Project Triforce is working on a replica of a rifle used in Gears of War - the Lancer Assault Rifle. The following is an excerpt from the official product page:

The primary assault weapon of the COG, the Lancer features an impressive rate of fire and accuracy. Fully automatic. Intended for midrange combat. In addition, the Lancer's "Chainsaw Bayonet" is the ultimate close-quarters equalizer, slicing through bone, flesh and armor.

    I ordered the lancer from triforce days after the pre-order,came to $979.00 after shipping...i know they told me ships 4th Q but when you go to the site for more info....it's not even updated..i mean come on for that kind of money you would think the Pr department can at lease give more info on when it being shipped,4thQ will be over in a matter of weeks...this will be the last thing i order from them..and i dont have a tracking number.damn shame..i ordered things on line a million times but never got poor service like this for this kind of money...

    Thankyou, i hope so too i'm a big fan of gears and i just want to be treated fare, spending that kind of money for something and not hear a word or being updated..on shipping..so sad..

    updating nwes on the tri force lancer...i got a email that it should be done by dec, but i went to log on the site and www.projecttriforce.com is removed..now i dont know if they are working on it or what, but once again leave us in the dark...i hope my money didnot get caught in a scam...

    I don't think it's a scam. There's an article on IGN.com making it official. This article is dated 6 November 2008 and can be found here:
